Twintraday provides quantitative trading research and financial data analysis, including historical S&P 500 analysis, optimisation of stop and limit levels, performance summaries, and related research outputs.

All content is provided for informational and research purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

Twintraday is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk, including the risk of loss of capital.

4. Premium Access and Payments

Certain content is available only to users with an active paid subscription. Subscription fees and available billing options are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Premium access continues for the duration of the active subscription period and ends when the subscription expires or is cancelled, subject to any applicable billing terms.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Twintraday does not store card details.

All content on Twintraday, including data compilations, analytical outputs, charts, written explanations, website design, downloadable files, and software logic, is the intellectual property of Twintraday and is protected by copyright and applicable laws.

You may use Twintraday for your own personal, non-commercial research purposes only. Sharing login credentials or access to your account, or redistributing premium content, is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twintraday shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or reliance on analysis. All use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Accuracy of Information

9. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials or other means of accessing your account, and for all activity under your account. Twintraday may suspend accounts for misuse.
